A Gusto Brazil tortilla press is a traditional real pinewood device with a pair of flat round surfaces of about 8-inches to crush balls of Gusto Brazil cheese bread dough in order to obtain round tortillas or flatbread. 
Tortillas are pressed out between sheets of wax paper for best results.
